ATMA / EMOTIONS / A visual alphabet of free emotions
We’ve been conditioned to believe that there are good emotions and bad emotions and that good emotions are ok to be felt and bad emotions are wrong. That is not true. Just because something has been labeled by the society as being bad, inappropriate, shameful, wrong, doesn’t mean it actually is. Our human nature encompasses a full spectrum of emotions. We feel things, all sort of things. Everything we’ve ever suppressed, repressed or denied about ourselves became distorted in our subconscious and plays out as displaced emotions that we project on others. Regeneration, healing, transformation happens in our darkest times. We wouldn’t know how happy feels like without the experience of being sad. Our emotions, all of them, tell us what we need, if we know how to listen. They tell us about what’s working and what’s not working anymore, they help us change and evolve. This is an invitation to redefine the way you connect to all your emotions, including the ones that you’ve been so good at denying. Allow yourself to feel whatever emotion appears within you, to really feel the depth of it. Accept it and let it go. Our emotions cry for acceptance and integration so we can become a truer version of ourselves, less reactive, more receptive, aligned with nature and its cycles.
